When you have a situation in which a member receives more than one discount (for example, a corporate discount and also a seasonal promotion discount), please follow this process:
- Apply the permanent/ongoing discount group FIRST to a full rate membership
- Then apply any additional temporary/one-time expiring discounts
If you encounter a membership where it looks like one discount isn't applying, it is most likely due to this stacking scenario. Delete both discounts, then apply them again based on the above conventions, and it should work!
