Daxko: How to Sell a Guest Pass

Policy

We allow non-members to visit our facility on a daily basis by purchasing a guest pass. Non-members should not be allowed in the facility without a purchase of a guest pass unless they are taking advantage of a complimentary pass.

Procedure: Program Package

Guest Pass Enrollment

1. We offer paid day guest passes for children under 18, adults, and families, as well as paid week guest passes for adults and for families. We also provide complimentary day passes, and complimentary week passes, for a variety of reasons including: member guests, flexible pricing applicants, and health insurance membership applicants.

2. A guest must first be added into Daxko Operations as a Non-Member before being able to register for the Guest Pass program package. Search for the member in the system, and if they are not in the system, add them as a new Non-Member unit.

3. If the guest is under 18, a primary adult must be added first.

4. After a non-member unit is created or located, proceed to Programs>Guest Passes and register the guest for the appropriate Guest Pass program package and collect fees where applicable. 

5. Waivers must be signed for each guest pass when registered. If the guest is under 18, their parent/guardian will need to acknowledge the waiver and code of conduct on behalf of their child. If the parent/guardian is not present, membership staff will need to call and get verbal acknowledgement from parents.
