Policy: Discount groups can be added to existing memberships whenever members qualify for the group by following the verification processes specified.
Procedure:
Add a Discount Group to an Existing Membership:
Navigate to the Membership Information screen.
Click Financial Drop Down > Dues
Click on the Add Discount Group button above the Membership Dues on the right of the page.
Click on the desired Discount Group.
At the bottom of the page, click Submit.
The discount group will show up on the dues page as a pending discount group.
Note: The discount will take effect the following month.
