Mentorship Program Guest Access:

… is complimentary (no fees) for approved partner organizations.
… will not interfere with any existing regular memberships held by the mentor or mentee.
… will allow unlimited visits, provided the mentor visits WITH the designated mentee.
… requires enrollment in complimentary mentor guest pass at each visit.

Daxko Enrollment Process

The Mentorship program submits a referral to us, including names, contact info, DOB for the Mentor, Mentee, and Mentee's parent/guardian, as well as signed YMCA waivers for the Mentor and Mentee.
1. Mentorship program communicates access, available benefits, and how to check in (send digital Membership Benefits bifold).
2. This is a complimentary guest access program, not a full membership (so, no programs that require reservations).
YNS Central Membership Staff (Helene) will add separate non-member units into Daxko (the Mentor or Mentee could each have other family members on their unit, so we don't want to actually link them together).
1. If either of them have an existing membership, we will leave the membership as-is and add the low level alert below.
We attach a low level alert to each account, identifying the mentorship program they’re a part of as well as who they are approved to visit with. This will then display at the top of the unit like this example...

Mentor: Big Brother Big Sister / Approved for Mentor Guest Pass with Little, Jane Smith

Mentee: Big Brother Big Sister / Approved for Mentor Guest Pass with Big, Caroline McDonnell
At each visit, mentor/mentee will check in at the welcome center so staff can verify their profile alert and enroll them in a “Mentor Guest Visit” to document the visit. (Find under complimentary guest passes.)
