Preschool Gymnastics

This transitional class bridges the gap between Parent & Child Gymnastics and independent participation. With gentle support, caregivers gradually step back as children gain confidence. Children build independence, learn to follow directions and explore foundational gymnastics movements. This class emphasizes gross motor skill development and supports early physical and social development.
Pre K Gymnastics
4-4.11 yrs

In this fun and active independent gymnastics class, kids build strength, balance, and coordination while learning beginner gymnastics skills. With support from coaches, they practice skills like forward rolls, jumps, basic balancing on the beam, and swinging on the bars. We also introduce simple gymnastics terms like tuck, pike, and straddle to help prepare them for more advanced skills.
Pre K Advanced Gymnastics

This gymnastics class is for kids who are ready for a greater challenge and show strong skills and enthusiasm. Coaches reinforce key gymnastics terms like lunge, lever, releve, while helping children develop confidence as they prepare for higher-level gymnastics. With a focus on technique, athletes build strength, balance, and coordination as they work on advanced rolls, handstands and more complex beam and bar work.

Youth Gymnastics Advanced

Phoenix United Embers

Start your child's path toward competitive gymnastics with Phoenix United Embers! This twice-weekly team-prep class focuses on team-style warm-ups, and building progression and confidence on bars, beam, floor, and vault in a fun yet disciplined environment. This class is ideal for children eager for more time in the gym and ready to practice focus and direction-following skills.
Phoenix United Sparks

Phoenix United Sparks is designed for older gymnasts ready to take the next step toward competitive training. This twice-weekly team-prep class emphasizes proper technique, strength, and confidence-building through team-style warm-ups and detailed skill drills. Athletes gain experience connecting movements, working on higher beams, bar swings, vault and floor preparation in a focused and supportive environment. Ideal for gymnasts who demonstrate strong focus, discipline and enthusiasm for gymnastics. 
Phoenix United Flames

Phoenix United Sparks is designed for older gymnasts ready to advance their training and prepare for team evaluation. This  twice-weekly team prep class focuses on refining technique across all apparatuses through team-style warm-ups, advanced drills, skill sequences, and body shaping. Athletes gain experience connecting movements on higher beams, bars, vault, and floor while practicing discipline and focus in a supportive environment. Ideal for dedicated gymnasts who love the sport and are ready for the next challenge.
Cartwheels & Walkovers
Grades K-5, 6-9
45 minutes

This class introduces essential tumbling skills like cartwheels, front walkovers, and back walkovers. With a focus on body control, flexibility, and strength, athletes will build a strong tumbling base while progressing at their own pace. No prior experience needed. 
Building a Backhandspring
Grades K-5, 6-9

For athletes who can confidently perform back walkovers, this class introduces the back handspring—an exciting tumbling milestone! Participants develop the strength, power, and skills needed to safely perform the back handspring, with a focus on proper form and technique. The class is designed to help athletes progress and build on this foundational skill as they advance.
Backhandsprings & More

This class is for tumblers who have confidently learned the standing back handspring and are ready to advance. Athletes focus on connecting skills like round-off back handsprings and multi-skill tumbling passes. Through power hurdles, rebound drills, and standing combinations, participants build strength, control, and fluidity to take their tumbling to the next level.
Tumble, Tuck & Twist
Grades K-5, 6-9
60 minutes
 For advanced athletes ready to take flight! This class focuses on flipping and twisting elements within running tumbling passes. Athletes must be able to perform connected back handsprings independently and consistently. With expert coaching and skill-specific drills, athletes develop the power, technique, and confidence to safely attempt tucks and twists.
Boys Power & Movement 
Grades K-5, 6-9
60 minutes
This class is designed for young athletes who want to build strength, flexibility, and coordination—skills that are essential for success in any sport. Through the foundation of gymnastics, participants will focus on powerful movement, body control, and agility. By engaging in dynamic exercises and drills, athletes will improve their overall fitness, balance, and body awareness, giving them the tools they need to excel in soccer, basketball, football, baseball, or any athletic pursuit.
Sensory Friendly Gymnastics
Ages 4-12
45 minutes
This class welcomes children who benefit from a smaller group and flexible instruction. Through gymnastics-based movement, participants build strength, coordination, and confidence in a setting that adjusts to individual needs. Instructors create a steady, encouraging space where children can explore at their own pace. Caregivers are invited to connect with staff ahead of time to help shape a positive experience.
Homeschool Gymnastics
Ages 5-12
60 minutes
A structured, fun, movement-based gymnastics class that fosters cooperative play and social skills. While using obstacle courses, drills for skills and positive encouragement, your child will gain strength, coordination, and self-esteem on the vault, bars, beam, floor, and tumble track.
Homeschool Advanced Gymnastics
Ages 5-12
60 minutes
This class is designed for children with prior experience in gymnastics who are ready to advance their skills while continuing to foster cooperative play and social skills. Participants will build full-body strength, coordination, balance, and agility on the vault, bars, beam, and floor through structured drills, obstacle courses, and skill challenges.
